ORDER FOR PUBLICATION

In this case it is made to appear to the Court by the Affidavit of Jamia Jones, Agent for the Dallas County Department of Human Resources, that the whereabouts of the mother of the above-named child is unknown.
It further appears that the Petition alleges the child to be dependent and in need of the protection of the State of Alabama. Therefore, the Petitioner is requesting the parental rights be terminated and permanent custody of the children be vested in the State of Alabama Department of Human Resources.
It is therefore ORDERED that publication be made in The Selma Times Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Selma, AL, County of Dallas, in the State of Alabama for four (4) consecutive weeks requiring the mother, Makaayla Jones, to appear and plead to, answer, and demur to the Petition in the said cause before the Court at 8:30 AM o’clock on the 9th day of June 2026.
