Invitation to Bid – Janitorial Services

Sealed bids are invited for Janitorial Services, as defined in the Bid Documents and other associated parts of the work to be completed at Wallace Community College Selma.
Sealed bids will be received at Wallace Community College Selma, Attention: Business and Finance Department, 3000 Earl Goodwin Parkway, Hank Sanders Technology Center. The mailing address is P.O. Box 2530, Selma, Alabama 36702-2530. Mailed bids must be received prior to the bid opening to be considered.
The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on November 3, 2026, local prevailing time.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the College on October 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. All potential bidders must attend the pre-bid conference. The College reserves the right to reject any bid where the vendor failed to attend the pre-bid conference.
