Anna Hunter, you are hereby notified that Civil Case Number 27-CV-2025-900323 styled Stephen Clements v. Anna Hunter, is presently pending in the in the Circuit Court of Dallas County. The claims made against you are breach of contract, quasi contract/quantum meruit, conversion and promissory fraud. You are hereby notified that you are required to file an answer in this matter thirty days after March 27, 2026, with the Circuit Clerk of Dallas County or a default will be filed against you in this matter.
