NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
DALLAS COUNTY

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Nancy W. Thomas, an unmarried woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns, on February 28, 2007, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Dallas County, Alabama, at RLPY Book 1367, Page 50; the undersigned The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-6, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Dallas County, Alabama, on June 2, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Dallas County, Alabama, to-wit:

Begin at the SW intersection of the West margin of Pettus Street with the South margin of McLeod Avenue (formerly 3rd Street); thence run
Southwardly, along the West margin of Pettus Street, 60 feet; then run Westwardly, parallel with the South margin of McLeod Avenue, 125 feet to
an alley; then run Northwardly, along the East margin of said alley, 60 feet,
to the South margin of McLeod Avenue; thence run Eastwardly, along the South margin of McLeod Avenue 125 feet to the point of beginning; and being the North 60 feet off of Lot No. 14, of Block 11, in the WEST END LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION, according to a map thereof recorded in Map Book 1, Page 70, in the Probate Office of Dallas County, Alabama; and being the same property conveyed by Eleanor Evins Stewart, a widow, to Nathalie C. Stoddard, by deed dated March 30. 1951, and recorded in Book 427, Page 266, in the Probate Office of Dallas County, Alabama.
