PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is hereby given that Steward Construction Company, Inc. Contractor has completed the Contract for (Construction, Reconstruction, Alteration, Equipment, or Improvement) of Modernization of Public Housing Sites AL8-0, AL8-2, AL8-3, AL8-5, AL8-7, AL8-8, AL8-9, AL8-10 and AL8-12 Insurance At Selma for the Selma Housing Authority, Owner(s), and have made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify The Architectural Office of William J. Peek, 908 S. Hull Street, Montgomery, AL 36104.
