NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION

It is with deep regret that I, Ralph N. Hobbs, President and sole member of Hobbs & Hain, P.C., announce that due to the untimely death of James B. McNeill, Jr. and my ongoing health issues, Hobbs & Hain, P.C., Attorneys at Law, hereby gives notice of its closing and dissolution.

Any creditors who claim to be owed funds by Hobbs & Hain, P.C., should submit such claims in writing to D. Graham Mosley at 430 Mabry Street, Selma, AL 36701. Unless sooner barred by the applicable statute of limitations, any such claim will be barred unless a proceeding to
enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the first publication of this notice.

Further, any current or former clients who may wish to collect their files should contact Magen Smith, Office Manager, at (334) 419-0689.
