PUBLIC NOTICE

MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated January 22, 2021 executed by Willie Edward Boyd aka Willie Boyd and Barbara Ann Moss Boyd aka Barbara Boyd and Delania Lenois Moss, in favor of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., said Mortgage being recorded February 22, 2021, in Book 1617, Page 437, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Dallas County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Dallas County, Alabama on 03/11/2026, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Dallas County, Alabama, to-wit:

Lot 15 of Bolden Circle, Plat No. One recorded in Map Book 8, at Page 86, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Dallas County, Alabama.

Together with that certain 2021 Champion mobile home VIN 020000HA002321AB
