NOTICE TO: Fannie Hale Fikes, 255 County Road 491, Selma, AL 36701; Lola Hale Elder, 259 Garden Circle, Hinesville, GA 31313; Betty Hale Webster, 208 Camelia Drive, Montgomery, AL 36117; Benjamin Hale, Jr., 121 Academy Street, Plantersville, AL 36758; Marvin Earl Hale, 255 County Road 491, Selma, AL 36701

Take notice that Lola Hale Elder and Fannie Hale Fikes have this day filed in the said Probate Court a Petition to Probate the Will of Benjamin Franklin Hale, Sr.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the said Probate Court has appointed Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. on the 17th day of March, 2026, for hearing said petition, at which time you may appear and oppose such petition if you think proper to do so.
