Notice to the heirs of Jack P. Tucker, and the heirs of Doris C. Tucker, living on June 26, 2025, not named above as defendants,
(A) Trustmark Bank as Trustee of the Mary Janelle Tucker Trust created under the Will of Doris C. Tucker has filed Civil Action No. 27-CV-2026-900015.00 in the Circuit Court of Dallas County, Alabama, being a Petition to determine the beneficiaries of the Trust and for final settlement of the Trust and distribution of the Trust assets to its beneficiaries.
(B) You are required to answer the Petition within thirty (30) days after the last publication of this Notice.
