The Plaintiffs having made a Motion for Service by Publication supported by the Affidavit of Dorothy Arnold stating that the Defendant, Clarence Glover’s whereabouts are unknown, nor has been heard from for a period of seven (7) years or more, and it appearing that the Plaintiffs have filed a complaint seeking to quiet title to certain real property situate in Selma, Dallas County, Alabama, more particular described as 1710 Oliver Street Selma, Alabama, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Defendant, Clarence J. Glover, or his heirs or closest of kin answer said complaint by the 3rd day of July, 2026 or thereafter a judgement by default may be rendered against said Defendant. It is further
ORDERED that this order and notice be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in The Selma Times Journal, which are newspaper of general circulation in Dallas and surrounding counties.
