FORM OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPLETION

In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that Smitherman Brothers Construction Company, Inc. has completed all work on MABRY STREET REHAB (DALLAS AVE TO ALABAMA AVE) FOR THE CITY OF SELMA, ALABAMA - KREBS PROJECT NO 24768. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify the above-named contractor and Krebs Engineering, 312 Catoma Street, Suite 100, Montgomery, Alabama 36104. All claims should be filed within 30 days of the final publication of this notice
