In the matter of the Estate of Steven Lloyd Merritt, deceased, notice is hereby given that a Petition For Summary Distribution of said Estate was filed with the Dallas County Probate Court on May 8, 2026. Thirty (30) days after the publication hereof and pursuant to law; the Court shall enter an order directing summary distribution of the Estate of the decedent signed by Probate Judge of Dallas County Jimmy L. Nunn. Notice is hereby given that all persons having claims or objections to the Summary Distribution of said Estate, shall make the same known in writing, filed with this court on or before the lapse of 30 days after this publication, or else same will be forever barred.
