Notice of Completion:

In accordance with Section 39-1-1, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that MGL, Inc. has completed the project “Contract 5 – Re-Route Watermain on Highland Avenue (In Front of Ford Dealership)” ADEM DWSRF Project No. FS010256-03 for the Waterworks & Sewer Board of the City of Selma and has requested for final settlement as provided by the Contract. All persons having any claims for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify:
