1419 Washington Street, Selma, Dallas County, Alabama, known and identified as Tax ParcelNo. 27-11-07-25-4-003-092.000; and Abron Tabb, his heirs or devisees, Ellen Tabb, her heirs or devisees, the City of Selma, Alabama,and Fictitious Defendants A, B, and C.

TO: Abron Tabb, and/or his heirs or devisees, and Ellen Tabb, and/or her heirs or devisees, whose whereabouts are unknown and which cannot be ascertained after the exercise of reasonable diligence, and any person who has an ownership interest in the real property that is the subject of this action:
You are hereby notified that on the 30th day of September, 2026, a Complaint to Quiet Title was filed in the Circuit Court of Dallas County, Alabama against the Defendants named above and any and all persons claiming any title to, interest in, lien or encumbrances in the land described or any part thereof whether such interest be present, future, contingent, reversionary or otherwise in the tract of land described in the caption and described herein as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West margin of Washington Street 167 feet and 10 inches south of the intersection of the west margin of Washington Street with the south margin of Minter Avenue, and from said point run South along the west margin of Washington Street 38 feet and 5 Inches, more or less, to the north margin of an alley; thence West 160 feet along the north margin of said alley; thence North parallel to Washington Street 38 feet and 5 inches; thence East parallel to Minter Avenue a distance of 160 feet to the point beginning on Washington Street. Said property being a part of Lots 1 and 2 of Block H of the Plattenberg Addition to the City of Selma, Alabama, being the same property conveyed by P.H. Pitts, Judge of Probate to Asia Irby by deed dated August 18, 1916, and recorded in Record Book 252, at Page 323, in the Probate Office of Dallas County, Alabama, said property known as 1419 Washington Selma, Alabama.
Being Tax Parcel Number 27-11-07-25-4-003-092.000 as identified by the Tax Assessor of Dallas County, Alabama.
Notice is given by publication under the provisions of Sections 6-6-564 and 6-6-565 Code of Alabama (1975) as amended to each of the named Defendants being any and all persons claiming any title to, interest in, lien or encumbrance on the above-described land or any part thereof whether such interest be present, future, contingent, reversionary, or otherwise and their executors, administrators, heirs and assigns or their successors and assigns as appropriate.
You are hereby notified that if you make such claim, you are required to answer in the above described and captioned case within thirty (30) days from the last date of publication or that a default judgment will be rendered against you in full accordance with the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure.
